And you’re not on your own—if you don’t already have a CPA, we can connect you with a local tax firm we know and trust (the same one we’d use for our own books).

We use flat-fee pricing, not hourly billing. That means you’ll always know exactly what to expect (and you can reach out without worrying about the clock).

We mainly work in QuickBooks Online, but we also support clients in Xero. If you’re already set up in one of those platforms, we’ll make sure it’s running smoothly. If not, we can help you get started and set everything up the right way.

We recommend Gusto for most small businesses, but we’re also experienced with QuickBooks Payroll and ADP.
